Southside SPCA operates our Thrift Store, called Tail Waggers. Located in Keysville, Tail Waggers Thrift Store is devoted to supporting the Southside SPCA through the sale of goods donated by our volunteers and supporters. In addition to supporting the shelter, Tail Waggers helps those in our community to purchase items they could otherwise not afford, and presents the opportunity to educate the public about our shelter and its mission. The entire proceeds from sales at the store go to the Southside SPCA, and donations to the store are tax deductible (don’t forget to ask for a receipt when donating goods!).
Donating Items
Donations may be dropped off at Tail Waggers or at the shelter. Small loads may be dropped off at PETSMART Car Mia Way Saturdays before 2:00 pm; please call E.D. at (804) 795-4914 to make sure we know you’re coming to PETSMART and we will be there. Volunteers are available to pick up donations and transport them to the store. If you have a large load, contact volunteer Carol at (434) 736-0522 or Dave at (434) 470-2585.
